Just a few minutes ago, I got a message from Monyx reporting that the Manila-Butuan flight this morning crash landed at the Butuan airport. A number of Mainitnons were aboard (Badz Libarnes, Dodong Mozar, etc). No one was hurt.
Inquirer.net reports this in their breaking news.
People are going back home in time for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections on Monday, October 29, 2007. It is a declared National Official Holiday.
I learned that the following contend for Barangay Chairmanship:
Quezon - Incumbent Brgy Captain Pepe Mozar and James Salino
Magsaysay - Former Vice Mayor Jorge Banzon and Former Councilor Yoyoy Moyon
