Only 4 LGUs of CARAGA were awarded with the seal:
1. CAGWAIT, SURIGAO DEL SUR
2. CARRASCAL, SURIGAO DEL SUR
3. SAN AGUSTIN, SURIGAO DEL SUR
4. SAN JOSE, DINAGAT ISLANDS
The SEAL were awarded because of the LGU's excellence in:
Area 1 - Good Planning
Area 2 - Sound Fiscal Management
Area 3 - Transparency and Accountability
Area 4 - Valuing Performance Information
LGU of Mainit was eligible for the 2011 awarding. Check HERE. I heard we won, but not posted yet in the DILG website. Awardees will get Performance Challenge Fund (PCF) as incentive from the DILG Secretary.
See DILG's Municipal Core Local Poverty Indicators HERE. I think it's a 2011 report. Only municipalities of Agusan del Norte were reflected in the CARAGA region. Where is Mainit LGU?
